Ronald Hughley, MSW, LCSW Mr. Hughley is the Clinical Director at Quality Directions. He incorporated the idea of quality service to the community and clients. He is an activist and advocate against domestic and community violence. Mr. Hughley served as the vice chair for the Central Georgia Council on Family Violence for two years. He also served as the chair for that organization for two subsequent years. During his tenure, substantial funding and contributions were made to victim assistance programs. Mr. Hughley is also the former chair of Peach County Family Connections. The Peach County benchmark targeted domestic and community violence as an annual goal to measure systemic change in several neighborhoods. Mr. Hughley is an assistant professor of social work at Fort Valley State University. He wrote and successfully implemented the course, Social Work Intervention in Violent and Abusive Relationships. Mr. Hughley chaired the 2002. 2004, and 2006 FVSU Conferences on Youth Violence. This is a biannual effort to teach the children of Georgia alternatives to violent behaviors. The events were attended by 750 children representing eighteen school districts. He is the consultant to Risk Reduction Services and the management of Sex Offender Psycho-educational Program at eight Georgia Prisons. Mr. Hughley is the founder of Quality Directions. Gloria Smith-Cisse, M.S.W., L.M.S.W., L..P.C.
Ms. Smith-Cisse is the Clinical Director at Quality Directions. Her primary responsibilities involve assessments/evaluations, family therapy, and research design. She is an activist and advocate against domestic and community violence. Ms. Smith-Cisse served as the Division Director for the Georgia Coalition Against Domestic Violence. She was responsible for the oversight of coalition health plans, marketing of the 1-800 numbers, support for statewide computer systems, training development, and facilitation and coordination of statewide director’s retreat. Ms. Smith-Cisse also served the community as a Shelter Advocate/Assistant Director of the Warner Robins Salvation Army Safe House. She was responsible for telephone intakes of domestic violence victims, domestic violence group facilitation, grant writing, staff supervision, and volunteer coordination and training. Ms. Smith-Cisse recently earned her Master of Social Work degree at the University of Georgia. She was employed as a clinician with Georgia SAFE of Warner Robins. In that capacity, she provides talk and play therapy for children who have experienced various forms of trauma and abuse. Ms. Smith-Cisse has completed training as a Family Violence Intervention Program Coordinator.
